Production starts once we have everything: sizes, names, numbers and your crest. If you asked for a mockup, the clock starts when you approve it, not when you order.

• Plain kit, no printing: 3 to 5 business days
• Names and numbers: 5 to 7 business days
• With your crest or logo: 7 to 10 business days
• Fully sublimated kit: 7 to 10 business days after you approve the mockup

Shipping time is on top of production time. These are typical windows rather than guarantees — a missing size or an unanswered question pauses the clock.

In a hurry? Rush processing is $75 and cuts production to roughly 5 to 7 business days. Ask for it on the form above before you order, not after.

You pick names and numbers on the form above, player by player. Numbers only is completely normal — plenty of sides sort names out later, and we can add them to a reorder.

• Send your crest as a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) for the sharpest print
• A large, clean PNG works too, as long as it is not blurry
• No usable file? We will redraw it, and we will tell you the cost before we do

If a logo is involved we send you a mockup to approve first. That adds a day or two, and it is worth it — approving a picture is cheaper than reprinting a squad.

Sublimated kit has the design pressed into the fabric rather than laid on top, so it does not crack, peel or fade the way a heat-pressed transfer does after a season of washes.

Because each kit is printed to order, colours can shift very slightly from what you see on a screen. Every screen is calibrated differently. If an exact colour matters, tell us before production and we will match it as closely as the process allows.

You can mix top and bottom sizes in a set. A medium shirt with large shorts is not a problem.

Flat shipping anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $100. Team orders clear that easily.

Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves us. Once it is with the carrier the delivery date is theirs, not ours, and holidays and weekends are not business days.

Ordering for a season opener? Give yourself three to four weeks. It costs nothing to order early and it removes the only part of this we cannot control.

Anything printed with your names, numbers or crest cannot be returned. It was made for your team and it cannot be sold to anyone else. This is why we push samples and mockups.

An unprinted kit can be returned within 14 days, unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours; the original shipping is not refunded.

If we get something wrong — wrong size sent, a printing error, a fault in the garment — that is on us and we fix it. Send a photo and we sort it out.

Kit runs true to size. Adult sizes are S to 4XL and youth sizes fit ages 2 to 13.

Sunday-league sides usually order a size up for outfield players, because a shirt worn over a base layer in November is a different shirt to one tried on in August.

If you are unsure, order one set as a sample from the form above before committing the squad. It is the cheapest mistake you can make.
