Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
How to Return or Exchange
Email support@canchakits.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized jerseys with printed names, numbers, or patches cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
- Items worn, washed, or without tags will not be accepted.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@canchakits.com with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund including return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping.
- Change of mind / sizing: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Exchanges: We cover re-shipping the new item if the original order qualified for free shipping.
